Description
ARTE est une chaîne et une plateforme culturelle européenne diffusant ses programmes en français, allemand, anglais, espagnol, italien, et polonais. Elle est composée de trois entités, le siège basé à Strasbourg (ARTE G.E.I.E.), et deux membres chargés de produire et concevoir les programmes (ARTE France à Paris et ARTE Deutschland à Baden-Baden). ARTE G.E.I.E. produit un certain nombre d’émissions dans ses studio situés 4, quai du Chanoine Winterer à Strasbourg et entend confier à un prestataire les prestations de coiffure réalisées à l’occasion de ces émissions.
