Le marché a pour objet l'exécution de prestations d'inspection filtrage des usagers de la gare maritime de Marigot, à Saint Martin, passagers et personnels navigants.* Conformément aux obligations du code ISPS s'appliquant aux installations portuaires et aux stipulations du plan de sûreté applicable à la gare maritime de Marigot, les objectifs poursuivis sont : o Assurer la sécurité des personnes et des biens en distinguant les flux passagers inter-îles d'une part et croisiéristes d'autre part; o Contrôler l'accès aux navires et filtrer les individus et leurs effets personnels. o Empêcher l'introduction d'armes, de substances ou de dispositifs dangereux non autorisés à bord des navires dans le port;
