Les prestations consistent en la fourniture et la livraison, sur commande spécifique, de carburant diesel destiné à l'avitaillement des navires. Les prestations concernent l'alimentation de la cuve à carburant d'une capacité de 40 000 L, mais également, sur demande exclusive de l'autorité portuaire, l'alimentation directe de navires à quai, soit à la Marina Fort Louis, soit pour les unités de plaisance ne pouvant accoster à la marina, au Port de commerce de Galisbay.
