Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de définir les conditions d'entretien et de maintien en bon état de fonctionnement, de vérification, de dépannage, des chaudières individuelles gaz, de la ventilation mécanique contrôlée (Gaz et Sanitaire), du réseau chauffage (y compris radiateurs et robinetteries), ainsi que le remplacement de toutes les pièces formant la technologie des appareils allant jusqu'au remplacement complet de ceux-ci si nécessaire sur l'ensemble des résidences du patrimoine de la Sagem
