Description
La consultation a pour objet : Prestations d'élagage et d'abattage d'arbres sur le territoire de la commune de Saint-Joseph pour l'année 2025. La forme retenue pour ce marché est celle de l'accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit en l'espèce d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire. Le présent marché ne fait pas l'objet d'une décomposition en lots, ni en tranches. Le montant total des commandes pour la période initiale du marché, ainsi que pour chaque période de reconduction le cas échéant, sera compris entre un montant minimum de 5 000 HT et un montant maximum de 200 000 HT.
