L’appel d’offres et l’évaluation qui suit doivent permettre de sélectionner un ou plusieurs partenaires appropriés, compétents et fiables pour des prestations d’assurance. L’évaluation vise à déterminer l’offre (ou les offres) qui remplit le mieux les critères définis dans le cahier des charges. Les contrats seront conclus au plus tard le 31 décembre 2024 pour que les prestations puissent être fournies à compter du 1er janvier 2025.
