Accord-cadre multi attributaires pour les prestations d'appui réseau et télécom (MARTE). Cet accord cadre comprend notamment 5 domaines d'intervention qui sont l'appui fonctionnel, l'appui pilotage, l'appui technique, l'appui exploitation et l'appui pour la valorisation de la donnée Telecom. Le marché est prévu pour une durée maximale de 8 ans, composée de 3 ans fermes et de 5 x 1 année optionnelle.
