Description
Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre conclu, pour chaque lot, avec un seul opérateur économique fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles, conformément aux articles R2162-1 et suivants du Code de la Commande Publique, et exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R2162-13 et suivants du même Code. Chaque lot sera conclu pour une durée initiale d'un an à compter du 20 octobre 2025 ou de sa notification si elle est postérieure. Il sera reconductible 2 fois par tacite reconduction, sans pouvoir excéder toutefois une durée totale de 3 ans. Chaque lot comporte un montant maximum annuel de 30 000 euros HT.
