Description
Le présent marché est un accord-cadre à bons de commande, passé en application des articles R 2162-1 et suivants, R 2162-13 et R 2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique, et exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande. Il comprend un montant maximum annuel de 50 000 euros HT, toutes prestations confondues. Le présent marché est conclu à compter du 29 mai 2026 ou de la date de sa notification si elle est postérieure, pour une durée d'un an. Il sera reconductible tacitement 3 fois pour une période d'un an, sans excéder une durée totale de 4 ans.
