Description
Le present marche concerne l'entretien multiservices de l'ensemble du patrimoine de Mayenne Habitat, soit environ 8678 logements repartis sur l'ensemble des communes du departement, ainsi que des depannages multiservices des parties communes sur BPU. Mayenne Habitat confie au titulaire le maintien en bon etat d'usage par la verification, l'entretien, la reparation et si necessaire le remplacement des pieces de ses logements, pour les corps d'etat suivants : - Electricite - Robinetterie/Plomberie - Menuiserie/Volet roulant - Serrurerie / Quincaillerie - Chauffage electrique, ballon d'eau chaude et VMC (selon le patrimoine) - VMC Collectives (des immeubles equipes d'une chaufferie collective) Il interviendra dans l'ensemble des logements pour : des visites preventives annuelles (VPA), des visites a la relocation (VR) et des depannages. A titre accessoire, le titulaire sera amene a intervenir dans les parties communes sur les equipements communs : - Changement d'ampoules (relamping), - Plomberie robinetterie, - Electricite, - Menuiserie, - Serrurerie...
