Description
Le marché comprend deux types de prestations : - Les « prestations fermes », exécutoires à compter du 2 mai 2025. - Les prestations sur « bons de commande » notifiés en cas de besoin. Les prestations fermes représentent un volume de prestations garanti pour le titulaire. Le prix global forfaitaire pour la durée du marché (1 an) reconductible 3 fois un an est fixé à lacte dengagement. Les sites concernés par des prestations fermes sont identifiées dans les annexes jointes à chaque lot. En revanche la partie sur bons de commande ne représente aucune garantie puisque MAYENNE HABITAT ne sengage sur aucun minimum ni maximum. Les bons de commandes seront déclenchés en fonction des besoins : remplacement de nos agents, prestations complémentaires, etc. Les prix unitaires sont fixés au BPU en annexe de chaque lot. Le présent marché contient une clause dinsertion sociale qui ne sapplique que pour le lot n°1.
