Description
Le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) définit les modalités d'exécution du marché de tierce maintenance applicative (TMA) et prestations évolutives sur l'ERP Cegid XRP Ultimate, déjà en production à l'INA. Ce marché porte sur l'ensemble des prestations nécessaires au maintien en conditions opérationnelles, à l'évolution fonctionnelle et à l'accompagnement technique du progiciel, selon une structure en Unités d'Oeuvre (UO) : - UO1 : Réversibilité entrante, permettant la prise en charge progressive du périmètre par le titulaire ; - UO2 : Maintenance corrective et évolutive ; - UO3 : Réversibilité sortante, permettant le transfert structuré des compétences, des livrables et de l'historique en fin de marché.
