Description
Procédure conjointe : NON Caractéristiques principales : Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur, gestionnaire de l'Aéroport Nice Côte d'Azur, souhaite faire appel à un prestataire pour exécuter le marché de prestations de transport de marchandises dans le sous-sol du Terminal 2 de l’aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur. La présente consultation est constituée d’une partie forfaitaire ainsi que d’une partie à prix unitaires, constituant un accord-cadre exécuté via l’émission de bons de commande (pour la partie unitaire uniquement). Conformément à l’article R.2162-2 du code de la commande publique, le marché implique la mise en place d’un accord-cadre avec un seul opérateur. Le marché comporte une clause de réexamen, permettant des adaptations en cours d’exécution. Les conditions de mise en œuvre figurent au CCAP. Conformément à l’article R.2162-4 du Code de la commande publique, l’accord-cadre est passé sans minimum, et est encadré par un montant maximum de 100 000 € HT, pour toute la durée de l’accord-cadre, toutes reconductions comprises.
