ARTE GEIE est une chaîne culturelle européenne, localisée à Strasbourg, diffusant ses programmes 24 h/24 sur tous les vecteurs en France, en Allemagne et en Europe, au moins en langue française et allemande (diffusion linéaire). La diffusion non-linéaire des offres pour arte.tv (live et VoD) se fait en six langues (DE, FR, EN, ES, IT, POL). La présente procédure a pour objet les prestations correspondant aux deux lots suivants : - Lot 1 : Renforcement de la distribution européenne de l’offre arte.tv - Lot 2 : Soutien stratégique et gestion opérationnelle sur l’offre linéaire et l’infrastructure de diffusion
