Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation d'études et de certification établies par un géomètre dans le cadre des opérations de ventes et de gestion du parc immobilier acquis par l'opérateur national des ventes. Les prestations attendues sont décrites dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Les lots impairs sont réservés aux géomètres-experts inscrits à l'ordre conformément aux articles 3 et 26 de la loi n° 46-942 du 7 mai 1946 instituant l'Ordre des géomètres experts
