Serviciile constau în: citire contoare, demontari, Inlocuiri contoare, sigilari/desigilari, deconectari si rezilieri reconectari si reactivari etc. Cantitati estimate minime si maxime ale acordului cadru: Conform centralizator financiar de preturi (Formularul F11/lot), atasat la prezenta documentatie. Cantitati estimate minime si maxime ale contractelor subsecvente si frecventa acestora: Conform Anexa 1 atasata la prezenta documentatie. Frecventa contractelor subsecvente ce vor fi atribuite este de 2 ani pentru zona Banat/Dobrogea si 1 an pentru zona Muntenia.
