- Obiectul acordului-cadru constă în achiziţia de servicii de pază în cadrul REGISTRULUI AUTO ROMÂN - R.A. SEDIUL CENTRAL RAR-RA ȘI REPREZENTANȚA RAR VOLUNTARI, achiziție care se realizează din fonduri proprii. - Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare în legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire (art. 160 alin (1) din Legea 98/2016 și art 103 alin (1) din HG 395 cu modificările și completările ulterioare), cu respectarea unui termenlimită de 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. - Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde consolidat, în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informaţii suplimentare în a 11-a zi de dinainte de termenul-limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor (art. 160 alin. (2) și 161 alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016 și art. 27 alin. (2)-(4) şi art. 103 alin. (2) din HG 395/2016). - Autoritatea contractantă nu va răspunde la o solicitare de clarificări/informaţii suplimentare, primită în intervalul de 17 zile anterior termenului-limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, solicitarea fiind considerată a fi fost transmisă tardiv.
