Description

This Works Contract(s) will be financed in the frame of a joint program of the Republic of Armenia Government, the German Government through KfW and the European Investment Bank (EIB) EIB Loan (FI number 82.043; Serapis 2012-0322). KfW is the leading financing agency, and the bidding process will be governed by the KfW Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and associated Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries (Document version January 2019, 3rd update from July 2024). The Project Executing Agency (PEA) of the Communal Infrastructure Program (CIP) II, Phase 3 – Republic of Armenia is the Armenian Territorial Development Fund (ATDF). With reference to the abovementioned project and in accordance with prequalification documents, Part 1, Section 1, Instructions to Applicants, clause 28, we herewith inform that the short-list of the pre-qualified applicants consists of the following companies: • JV RAF-OJAKH LLC & RO-WARD (Armenia) • JV SHMSH-23 OJSC & EMOSHIN LLC (Armenia) The invitation to Tender will be issued soon.
