Description
This Works Contract(s) will be financed in the frame of a joint program of the Republic of Armenia Government, the German Government through KfW and the European Investment Bank (EIB). KfW is the leading financing agency, and the bidding process will be governed by the KfW Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and associated Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries (Document version January 2019, 3rd update from July 2024). The Project Executing Agency (PEA) of the Communal Infrastructure Program (CIP) II, Phase 3 – Republic of Armenia is the Armenian Territorial Development Fund (ATDF). The PEA has received financing from KfW toward the Procurement of Works for Water Supply Network, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Works Contract(s) for Procurement of Works within Lots 5A and 5B. ATDF now invites Applicants for Lot 5A to submit their Application.
