Description
The procurement of parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for the defence sector within selected disciplines will be carried out in accordance with the "restricted tender competition" procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §13-1 first paragraph. This is a procedure in two phases that will start with a qualification phase (prequalification). All interested suppliers have the option to submit a request for participation in the competition. Of qualified tenderers, a given number will be invited to submit tenders in the next phase (the tender phase) of the procedure.
