Predmetno javno naročilo vsebuje javno naročilo gradnje in javno naročilo dobave in montaže blaga. Javna naročila, katerih predmet sta dve ali več vrst različnih naročil (gradenj, storitev ali blaga), se oddajo v skladu z določbami, ki se uporabljajo za vrsto naročila, značilno za glavni predmet določenega javnega naročila, ki je gradnja. Investicija bo v letu 2024 sofinancirana s strani Ministrstva za gospodarstvo, turizem in šport na podlagi odločbe št. 4300-49/2024/1 izdane v postopku Javnega razpisa za sofinanciranje investicij v športno infrastrukturo.
