Description

The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency invites potential service providers to a voluntary comparison event with this preliminary notice. The information provided by the Agency is preliminary and may change as preparation progresses. This preliminary notice does not bind the Agency to carry out the procurement in any form, but the information obtained can be used in the preparation of future requests for proposals. This notice does not include a request for offers. The Agency wants to offer service providers the opportunity to showcase the capabilities of their commercial machine vision solutions and their suitability for the Agency's current needs, as well as to increase the Agency's knowledge of existing market solutions and new, perhaps still unidentified capabilities. The market survey is divided into three parts (3 sections), and the Service Provider can choose which area they want to participate in. When participating in Section 2, the Service Provider can choose the provided image materials and formats from which they want to identify pavement defects.
