Description
Naručitelj nabavlja prehrambene proizvode za svoje potrebe. Predmet nabave podijeljen je na 31 grupu. Sukladno članku 204. stavku 3. ZJN 2016. ponuditelji u ovom postupku javne nabave mogu dostaviti ponude za jednu i za sve grupe predmeta nabave. Ponuđena roba mora u cijelosti zadovoljiti sve tražene uvjete iz opisa predmeta nabave u Troškovniku. Isporučeni predmet nabave mora odgovarati važećim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan isporuku predmeta nabave izvršavati uredno, savjesno i odgovorno, pažnjom dobrog stručnjaka, po najvišim profesionalnim standardima, nalozima i uputama Naručitelja, te uvjetima i zahtjevima iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Smrznuti proizvodi moraju se prevoziti adekvatnim prijevoznim sredstvima koja moraju biti opremljena odgovarajućom mjernom opremom, odnosno koja redovito u jednakim vremenskim razmacima bilježe temperaturu zraka kojoj je podvrgnuta brzo smrznuta hrana sukladno Pravilniku o brzo smrznutoj hrani (NN 38/08) i Uredbi Komisije (EZ) br. 37/2005 od 12.01.2005. godine o praćenju temperatura u prijevoznim sredstvima i prostorima za skladištenje i čuvanje brzo smrznute hrane namijenjene prehrani ljudi.
