Predmetom zákazky je Zmluva o poskytovaní technickej podpory RIS SED Monarch pre zabezpečenie nepretržitej prevádzky RIS SED Monarch (HDC, ZDC, DTS) na obdobie od 09.8.2025 do 31.12.2026. Z dôvodu požiadaviek na zabezpečenie nepretržitej a spoľahlivej prevádzky RIS SED Monarch, a aj v nadväznosti na plánovaný upgrade, je potrebné zaistiť predĺženú technickú podporu pre platformu Monarch pre HDC, ZDC, DTS na obdobie od 09.8.2025 do 31.12.2026. Riadiaci informačný systém Slovenského energetického dispečingu (SEPS) Monarch (ďalej len „RIS SED Monarch“) predstavuje unikátny špecifický systém HW a SW vybavenia zabezpečujúci riadenie prenosu elektriny zo zariadení na výrobu elektriny do distribučnej siete, medzištátne prenosy elektrickej energie a spoľahlivosť celej elektrizačnej sústavy Slovenskej republiky, ako aj bezpečnosť dodávok elektriny, jeho prevádzka, ako aj údržba si vyžaduje vysokú odbornosť, spoľahlivosť, presnosť, vysokú kvalitu práce a najmodernejšie informačné technológie.
