Description
The purpose of the PMC is to comply with the principles of public procurement: 1. Preparing and informing the market and potential bidders about the planned public procurement for the above-mentioned contract; 2. Identification of the range of presumed suitable suppliers in the market; 3. Obtaining and evaluating feedback from potential bidders who participate in the pre-market consultation; 4. Confirmation of the availability of technical solutions meeting the quality requirements for the subject matter of the work; 5. Confirmation of the implementation solutions of the subject matter of the work under the valid license; 6. Identification and assessment of potential risks during the implementation of the different technical alternatives; 7. Verification of the realism, objectivity and reasonableness of the requirements for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract with relevant and experienced economic operators, so that the subsequent procurement promotes open competition; 8.
