Description
Stöd i föräldraskapet är ett bistånd enligt 11 kap 11 § SoL. Beslutet fattas enligt delegation i socialnämnden. Uppdraget är att praktiskt hjälpa föräldrar som behöver stöd i sitt föräldraskap, med det som de inte själva klarar av. På grund av fysiska hinder kan en förälder ha svårigheter med omsorgen om sina barn. Den som ger praktiskt stöd i föräldraskapet kompletterar föräldern där denne inte själv klarar av att utföra ett moment. Det praktiska stödet ska inte ersätta föräldern, utan ska alltid utföras tillsammans med föräldern. Insatsen styrs av socialtjänstens uppdrag och instruktioner från föräldern.
