CroATMS_C HW (poslužitelji, radne stanice i pribor), sukladno tehničkoj specifikaciji iz priloga ove dokumentacije. Kako bi se osigurala sigurnost zračnog prometa, Hrvatska kontrola zračne plovidbe dužna je poštivati preporuke proizvođača pojedinih sustava o hardveru kojeg se može koristiti na TopSky sustavu. U tu svrhu ponuditelj predmetnog hardvera dužan je sve poslužitelje i radne stanice dostaviti s oznakom odobrenja proizvođača TopSky COOPANS sustava (Thales LAS France S.A.S.) koja potvrđuje da ponuđeni hardver može biti ugrađen u TopSky COOPANS sustav za upravljanje zračnim prometom. U slučaju da ponuditelj za bilo koju od stavki 1 do 13 nudi jednakovrijedan proizvod, kao dokaz da je oprema odobrena za korištenje u TopSky COOPANS sustavu, ponuditelj je dužan u ponudi dostaviti potpisanu i ovjerenu Izjavu (koja je prilog Dokumentacije o nadmetanju) kojom potvrđuje da je proizvođač Thales LAS France S.A.S. za ponuđene stavke dao odobrenje za ugradnju u TopSky COOPANS sustav.
