Description
Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie služieb pozáručného servisu zdravotníckej techniky - CT prístroja Philips Ingenuity Core 128. Služby zahŕňajú hlavne : Vykonávanie periodických bezpečnostno technických kontrol, elektrických revízií, opráv prístroja pri jeho poruchách a poškodení, dodávky všetkých náhradných dielov vrátane rtg žiaričov a detektorov. Po každom servisnom výkone zašle poskytovateľ potvrdený servisný protokol aj v elektronickej podobe (pdf) s uvedeným druhom a rozsahom prevedených prác, prípadne použitých náhradných dielov. Od poskytovateľa sa očakáva, že je držiteľom všetkých potrebných oprávnení a povolení na vykonávanie servisnej činnosti na prístroji, že má potrebné technické vybavenie na vykonávanie servisnej činnosti v zmysle zmluvných podmienok a že jeho servisní pracovníci majú potrebnú odbornú spôsobilosť, vedomosti a praktické zručnosti na vykonávanie servisnej činnosti.
