Hankinnan kohteena ovat potilashoidon verensokerimittarit ja -liuskat Pohjois-Pohjanmaan, Keski-Pohjanmaan ja Lapin hyvinvointialueille. Mahdollisena tilaajana Kainuun hyvinvointialue. Hankinnasta perustetaan neljän (4) vuoden puitejärjestely, jossa sopimuskumppaniksi valitaan kaksi (2) toimittajaa etusijajärjestyksellä.

- Price — Hinta vertaillaan siten, että halvimman vertailuhinnan tarjonnut saa 100 pistettä ja muut suhteessa siihen kaavalla: pienin annettu arvo/tarjottu arvo x maksimipistemäärä.
