Description
Abschluss von Rabattverträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V für den Zeitraum vom 1. März 2025 bis 31. Dezember 2026. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt wirkstoffbezogen für die aufgeführten Wirkstoffe und Wirkstoffkombinationen aufgeteilt in 10 Fachlose. Angebote können ausschließlich nur für verschreibungspflichtige Arzneimittel abgegeben werden. Pro Fachlos wird eine Rabattvereinbarung mit maximal zwei pharmazeutischen Unternehmern (Bieter oder Bietergemeinschaft) geschlossen (zur Höchstzahl siehe Informationen zum jeweiligen Fachlos).
