Description
Abschluss von Rabattverträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V für den Zeitraum vom 1. März 2026 bis 31. Dezember 2027. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt wirkstoffbezogen für die aufgeführten Wirkstoffe und Wirkstoffkombinationen aufgeteilt in 5 Fachlose. Angebote können ausschließlich nur für verschreibungspflichtige Arzneimittel abgegeben werden. Pro Fachlos wird eine Rabattvereinbarung mit maximal zwei oder drei pharmazeutischen Unternehmern (Bieter oder Bietergemeinschaft) geschlossen (zur Höchstzahl siehe Informationen zum jeweiligen Fachlos).
