Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie služieb pre prevádzku a údržbu informačných systémov mesta a organizácií v jeho zriaďovateľskej pôsobnosti od roku 2024, informačného systému samosprávy (ďalej „CG ISS“), business intelligence systému (ďalej len „CG BI“), dokumentačného informačného systému (ďalej len „CG DISS“), portálového informačného systému (ďalej len „CG WEB“), riešenia pre podporu elektronizácie úradu (ďalej len „CG eMesto“) spolu s integračným rozhraním v zmysle Dohody o integračnom zámere Mesta Kežmarok a NASES, a súvisiacich aktivít s cieľom zabezpečiť plnohodnotné využívanie dodaných produktov v nasledujúcich rokoch.
