Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att Swedavia med hjälp av antagen Portföljförvaltare och Balansansvarig (Leverantören) genomför förvaltning av fysisk elleverans samt finansiell prissäkring enligt Swedavias säkringsföreskrift med ett så optimalt utfall som möjligt sett ur ett ekonomiskt perspektiv. Leverantören ska även hantera balansansvaret för Swedavias elleverans samt uföra handel mot handelsorder för elcertifikat och ursprungsgarantier.
