Description
Obiectul contractului îl constituie: - furnizarea de „Pompe, moto/electropompe si accesorii” necesare asigurarii functionarii la para-metrii optimi a sistemelor de pompare din aria de operare a Operatorului Regional APAVITAL S.A. Iasi.; - instruirea personalului de exploatare al Entității contractante; - asistență tehnică pentru întreținere și reparații în perioada de garanție; Astfel, scopul acestei proceduri de achizitie publica este cumpărarea, instalarea, punerea în funcțiune a grupurilor de pompare solicitate si instruirea personalului. Pentru toate produsele incluse in contract: - garanţia este de minim 12 de luni si va curge de la data receptionarii de catre Achizitor, fara obiectiuni, a produselor furnizate; - la livrare se va prezenta manualul de utilizare în limba română, pentru fiecare produs furnizat, in format tiparit; - durata totală a implementării contractului este de maxim 12 luni de la data semnarii acestuia; - toate produsele trebuie sa fie noi, neutilizate. Cerinţele tehnice impuse prin prezenta documentaţie sunt obligatorii pentru toţi ofertanţii; neîndeplinirea unei singure cerinţe din cele menţionate atrage declararea ofertei ca fiind neconformă în conformi…
