Description
Predmetom zákazky je dodávka zdravotníckeho spotrebného materiálu – pomôcok na prípravu cytostatickej látky na obdobie 18 mesiacov. Súčasťou dodávky zdravotníckeho potrebného materiálu sú aj služby súvisiace s dopravou na miesto určenia (spojená s vykládkou tovaru a likvidáciou obalov). Opis predmetu zákazky tvorí prílohu č. 1 (príloha č. 1A a č. 1B) týchto súťažných podkladov.
