Dérera, Bratislava na existujúcom objekte so súpisným číslom 11822, postavený na pozemku parc. registra ,,C“ č.: 5437/1, zapísaný na LV č.: 4252, okres BA III, obec Bratislava – Bratislava – Nové Mesto, k.ú. Vinohrady. PD dodaná spoločnosťou ADM design, spol. s r.o., Záhradnícka 66, 821 08 Bratislava, IČO: 43 915 591, bola doplnená o časť „Adaptácia klimatizácie a vzduchotechniky“ – spracovateľ Ing.
