Predmetom poistenia je povinné zmluvné poistenie zodpovednosti za škodu spôsobenú prevádzkou motorového vozidla a prípojných vozidiel, respektíve súboru vozidiel, ktorých držiteľom alebo vlastníkom sú LESY Slovenskej republiky, štátny podnik. Osobitné požiadavky: Uchádzač do svojej ponuky predloží platné povolenie Národnej banky Slovenska na vykonávanie poisťovacej činnosti, resp. iný (ekvivalentný) dokument preukazujúci oprávnenie vykonávať poisťovaciu činnosť na území SR v súlade so zákonom č. 39/2015 Z. z. o poisťovníctve a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov.
