Description
Hankinnan kohteena olivat hyvinvointialueesta annetun lain (611/2021, hyvinvointialuelaki) mukaiset hallinnon ja talouden tarkastuspalvelut Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialueelle Siun sotelle, sekä hyvinvointialueen tytäryhteisöjen tilintarkastuslain (1141/2015) mukaiset tilintarkastuspalvelut sopimuskaudelle 1.7.2025 - 30.6.2029 + yhden (1) + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Sopimus koskee tilikausia 2025-2028 sekä optiona tilikausia 2029 ja 2030. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
