Predmet nabave je zamjena dotrajale elektrostrojarske opreme na Uređaju za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda (dalje: UPOV) Herešin kapaciteta 100.000 ES s pročišćavanjem otpadnih voda u III. stupnju. stupnja pročišćavanja, odnosno zamjena tehnologije doziranja mulja, zamjena opreme za obradu zraka (pošto je postojeća dotrajala i izlazni parametri se približavaju graničnim vrijednostima) te povezani radovi. Detaljna tehnička specifikacija nalazi se u Knjizi 3 Dokumentacije o nabavi (Tehničke specifikacije), dok je ugradnju robe potrebno izvršiti u skladu s Knjigom 5 Dokumentacije o nabavi (Nacrti).
