Description
Procedura ristretta ex art. 17 del D.Lgs. 15 novembre 2011, n. 208, da aggiudicarsi al criterio del “minor prezzo”, per la stipula di un Accordo quadro con uno o più Operatori Economici, in forma pubblico-amministrativa, a quantità indeterminata ai sensi del combinato disposto dell’art. 567 del D.P.R. 15 marzo 2010, n. 90 e dell’art. 15 del D.P.R. 13 marzo 2013, n. 49, di durata triennale, per un importo massimo complessivo presunto di € 16.196.786,49 IVA inclusa/non imponibile (comprensivo di contributo ECO-pneus) per l’affidamento della fornitura di pneumatici qualificati, corrispondenti alle Specifiche Tecniche TER-80-80-2610-9001-12-00A000 e TER 80-2610-7001-00-00A000 della Direzione degli Armamenti Terrestri, suddivisa nei seguenti due Lotti: Lotto n. 1: fornitura di pneumatici qualificati (ditta produttrice MICHELIN) per un valore massimo presunto € 9.560.889,90 IVA inclusa/non imponibile (comprensivo di contributo Eco-pneus); Lotto n. 2: fornitura di pneumatici qualificati (ditte produttrici MICHELIN/PIRELLI) per un valore massimo presunto di € 6.635.896,59 IVA inclusa/non imponibile (comprensivo di contributo Eco-pneus), da impiegare per l'esecuzione delle attività manu…
