Description
Denna upphandling omfattar PNA-system (PNA=patientnära analyser) som ska fungera som en mellanmjukvara för uppkoppling av regionens befintliga och framtida patientnära analysinstrument till beställnings- och svarssystemet (RoS/BoS), via laboratatoriedatasystem (LIS). Provsvar ska överföras automatiskt till RoS/BoS, med bevarad spårbarhet. Idag produceras drygt 1 miljon provsvar från cirka 700 patientnära analysinstrument. Mellanmjukvaran ska också användas av regionens kvalitets- och funktionssupport, som en plattform, bl.a. för övervakning och hantering av kvalitetskontroller och användarbehörigheter. För att uppfylla efterfrågade funktioner måste mellanmjukvaran alltså kunna kommunicera med de patientnära analysinstrumenten (idag runt 15 instrumentmodeller, de flesta från olika leverantörer) såväl som med LIS/RoS/BoS.
