Procedura negoziata in busta chiusa per la conclusione di Accordi Quadro con un solo Operatore Economico per ciascun Lotto, ai sensi degli artt. 59, comma 3 e 154 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 e ss.mm.ii., per l’esecuzione di Lavori di pronto intervento, manutenzione straordinaria, nuove realizzazioni e allacci reti per i servizi acqua, fognatura, gas da eseguirsi nel territorio di competenza di HERA S.p.A. e INRETE S.p.A, Società del GRUPPO HERA per il periodo di 4 (quattro) anni a decorrere dalla stipula degli Accordi Quadro, eventualmente rinnovabile di ulteriori anni 2 (due).
