Upphandlingen omfattar inköp av en plattform för dokumenthantering för socialförvaltningens ca 3000 medarbetare samt 500 vikarier och visstidsanställda medarbetare. Det ska finnas möjlighet till option för Luleå kommuns övriga förvaltningar att nyttja avtalet. Vid eventuellt nyttjande av optionen ökar omfattningen. Ändamålet med upphandlingen för dokumenthantering i Luleå kommun är att hantera dokument som flödar i organisationen.
