Description
Ramavtalet omfattar planarbete för samhällsutveckling och fysisk planering där uppdrag genomförs enligt PBL med ovanstående målsättningar i fokus. Ramavtalet skall tillgodose löpande behov av planarkitekter som komplement till kommunens egna tjänstepersoner vid till exempel resurskrävande projekt där kommunen behöver spetskompetens för utförandet. Behov av planarkitekt kan även efterfrågas vid exempelvis ordinarie personals frånvaro, hög arbetsbelastning eller specifika resurskrävande projekt. Dessa tjänster omfattar i huvudsak handläggning av olika typer av detaljplaner samt övergripande strategiskplanering, men kan även omfatta arbete avseende skisser och biträde i andra tidiga skeden av detaljplaneprocessen.
