Description
Se vor achiziționa piese de schimb necesare executării mentenanței preventive și corective a platformelor IVECO. Acordurile cadru se vor încheia prin asociere de autorități contractante, astfel: UM01558 Târgoviște, lider de asociere, iar UM01557 Sibiu și UM01335 București, cosemnatari Acordurile cadru se vor încheia cu operatorul economic clasat pe primul loc în clasament după aplicarea criteriului de atribuire:„ Prețul cel mai scăzut”. În temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea 98 / 2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, operatorii economici interesați de procedura vor solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire cu 20 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, iar în temeiul art. 161 din Legea 98 / 2016, răspunsul autorității contractante va fi transmis cu 12 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
