Description

Die Individualsoftware SolumSTAR ist ein justizeigenes Fachverfahren und dient zur elektronischen Unterstützung von Prozessen bei der Führung des elektronischen Grundbuchs. Der Auftragnehmer soll das Verfahren übernehmen, pflegen und einen Support bereitstellen. Darüber hinaus sind Weiterentwicklungen der Software Gegenstand des Auftrags. Die Individualsoftware wird in unterschiedlichen IT-Infrastrukturumgebungen der Verbundländer eingesetzt.
