Hanke esemeks on aadressil Peterburi tee 73a (katastritunnus: 78403:314:0137) kinnistul olemasoleva autohoolduskeskuse lammutusprojekti koostamine (EHR kood: 101044045) ja ehitusloa taotlemine lammutamiseks ning Peterburi tee 73 (katastritunnus: 78403:314:0138) kinnistul asuva väravahoone (EHR kood: 101023038) lammutusprojekti koostamine ja ehitusloa taotlemine lammutamiseks ning Peterburi tee 73/1 administratiivhoone (EHR kood: 101023036) lammutusprojekti koostamine ja ehitusloa taotlemine lammutamiseks. Hankemenetluses osalemisest huvitatud isikud on kohustatud enne pakkumuse esitamist objektiga tutvuma. Hankija korraldab 20.06.2024, 26.06.2024 ja 03.07.2024 kell 11:00 infopäeva, mille käigus saavad potentsiaalsed pakkujad tutvuda objektiga.
