Description

Riigihanke esemeks on Peterburi tee 73 (katastritunnus: 78403:314:0138), Peterburi tee 73a (katastritunnus: 78403:314:0137) ja Plasti 12 (katastritunnus: 78403:314:0125) kinnistule teenindus- ja büroohoone ehitamine peatöövõtu korras, ehitusluba on väljastamisel. Tööde mahtu kuulub ehitustööde teostamiseks tööprojektide koostamine. Riigihanke esemeks on Peterburi tee 73/1 (katastritunnus 78403:314:0138) administratiivhoone (EHR kood 101023036) lammutamine koos töökoja hoone sissepääsuga ja kinnistu korrastamine vastavalt Peterburi tee 73 ja 73a hoonete lammutusprojektile. Nimetatud töö tuleb teostada peale Peterburi tee 73a uue teenindus- ja büroohoone püstitamist. Hoone lammutamiseks on väljastatud 06.01.2025 ehitusluba nr 2512271/0061. Väravahoone (POS 2) ja autohoolduskeskuse (POS 3) lammutamine ei kuulu antud hanke mahtu. Enne pakkumuse esitamist koos hankija esindajaga objektiga tutvuda.
