Pesula projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde omanikujärelevalve teostamine vastavalt tehnilisele kirjeldusele (Lisa 1). Järelevalve lepingu täitmise kavandatav algusaeg on juulis 2025. Projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde lepingu kestuse periood on 12 kuud + 3 aastat garantiiperiood.
