Description
Täby kommun och Danderyds kommun, bjuder in intresserade leverantörer att inkomma med ansökan om deltagande i en konkurrenspräglad dialog avseende upphandling av persontransporter för kommunernas beviljade resenärer, i enlighet med de krav och villkor som framgår av detta dokument samt tillhörande bilagor. Upphandlingen omfattar planering och utförande av turbundna och icke turbundna resor för de elever i skolor, personer med funktionsnedsättning samt brukare inom äldreomsorgen som kommunerna beviljat persontransport. Kommunerna avser att teckna ett robust avtal som ger ökad flexibilitet i användningen av transportrelaterade tjänster. Genom detta avtal vill man säkerställa att de vid behov kan anpassa nyttjandet utifrån förändrade förutsättningar, störningar i vardagen och olika krissituationer. Upphandlingen omfattar därutöver tillhandahållande av ett digitalt beställningssystem samt en digital tjänst för resenärerna och, i förekommande fall, deras anhöriga och utsedda kontaktpersoner.
